HOW TO ACCESS THE PEACHFORD CONTINUUM OF CARE
The Peachford Continuum of Care is designed to meet the needs of different
levels of behavioral health care.
IT STARTS WITH A PHONE CALL...
When you or someone you love is experiencing emotional, behavioral or substance
abuse problems, it's hard to know what to do or who to call. Peachford offers a
no-charge assessment to help you determine what is needed - and what the next
step should be. To schedule a no-charge assessment, call 770-454-2302 (24 hours
a day/ 7 days a week).
WHAT IS AN ASSESSMENT?
Your call will be answered by a trained assessment coordinator who will ask you
a few questions in order to schedule a face to face appointment. During the
assessment, a mental health professional will gather information to determine
the best course of treatment.
