Adolph Casal, M.D.

Dr. Casal received his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia where he went on to complete his training with an Internship and Residency in Psychiatry and Residency in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Dr. Casal has held the position as Instructor in Psychiatry at Cornell University Medical College, serving as Acting Unit Chief of Adolescent Inpatient Services, as well as serving as an Attending Physician on the Inpatient Eating Disorders Unit. He is board certified in General Psychiatry as well as Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Dr. Casal is a member of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, American Psychiatric Association and the Georgia Psychiatric Physicians Association.

For the past seven years, Dr. Casal has served as the Medical Director for Psychiatric Services for Childrens Hospitals of Atlanta and has been involved with the treatment of all patients suffering from different classes of eating disorders.

Dr. Casal brings a level of experience and excitement to the Inpatient Eating Disorders Program with his commitment to his patients and quality care.
