Adolescent Partial HospitalizationOur free standing adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program is
located adjacent to the hospital in the Peachford Medical Office
Building. This program is a specially designed program that is intended
to meet the unique needs of adolescents who are experiencing psychiatric
symptoms and/or substance abuse problems that impair their daily
functioning. The program is offered 5 days a week from 7:30 a.m. – 4:00
p.m. Monday-Friday and is based on the Level System of therapeutic
progress. It encompasses group therapy, individual therapy, creative
expressions therapy and school. Family involvement is a vital part of
the treatment process and can assist in reducing relapse as the family
members become actively involved in the therapeutic process. |
